The “Lamb of Wishes” project helped raise 29,000 hryvnias for a fairy tale about ecology

This winter has been special for us at Glossary Eco Foundation. Thanks to the project “Wishes’ Lamb”, we managed to collect 29,000 hryvnias to print a children’s fairy tale about ecology. The project was created with the aim of combining warm holiday traditions with environmental values ​​and charity. “Wishes’ Lamb” is a gift set that combines the symbolism of Ukrainian traditions, an ecological approach and the goal of supporting environmental education. The set included:

• a wooden lamb,
• a natural woolen thread,

• a card with the legend and ritual of creating the “Wishes’ Lamb”,

• a linen bag.

Thanks to our partners Glossary.ua and GUSHKA, as well as your orders, 145 sets were sold, which allowed us to raise funds for the implementation of this important project.
“Wishes’ Lamb” became noticeable among Ukrainians and abroad. The project has received media recognition, appearing in reviews and lists of the best Christmas gifts by such publications as VOGUE, Marie Claire, Harper’s Bazaar, Cosmopolitan, ELLE, Viva, Nashkyiv.ua, The US Media, The Icon, Royal Design and NV.ua.

We are also glad that our sets have traveled not only across Ukraine, but also beyond its borders — to Spain, Belgium, Holland, Denmark, Italy, Moldova and Switzerland, demonstrating how Ukrainian traditions and ideas are becoming part of the global cultural context. And also — to the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine!
