Glossary Organic Ice Cream: Ice cream with a sustainable idea
In July 2021, Glossary Organic Products, with the support of the Glossary Eco Foundation, launched the production of organic ice cream Glossary Organic Ice Cream, which included 12 flavors based on seasonal fruits, berries and herbs.
The goal of the project was to combine the wealth of organic products from Ukrainian farmers with an approach to sustainable production. Which ultimately led to the creation of ecological ice cream.
Adhering to the ecological principle of “from field to table”, the brand ensured maximum preservation of vitamins and excluded the use of imported goods, thereby reducing its impact on the environment.
Glossary Organic Ice Cream was packaged in recyclable kraft packaging. This underscores the company’s commitment to sustainable development.
Over the entire period of its existence, more than 2 thousand tons of ice cream have been produced. However, due to the beginning of a large-scale invasion, production was temporarily suspended.
